About LOLTheShy

What this site is, who runs it, and why a fan-built hub for TheShy exists.

What this site is

LOLTheShy is an independent, fan-made guide site dedicated to Kang "TheShy" Seung-lok, the Korean top laner currently playing for Invictus Gaming in the LPL. We built it for one simple reason: when TheShy returned to competitive play in June 2026, there was no single English-language page that answered the questions fans actually ask — when does he play next, who is IG facing, and where can I watch it live?

Wikis like Leaguepedia and Liquipedia have complete records but no sense of urgency. News sites cover the story once and move on. This site is built to be the page you bookmark and come back to before every match.

What you will find here

  • Next match — the upcoming IG fixture with date, time in multiple time zones, and the storylines that matter.
  • Full schedule — TheShy's LPL 2026 Split 3 fixtures, updated with results after each series.
  • Career stats — his achievements, milestones, and signature champions, from the 2018 World Championship with IG to his 2026 comeback.
  • Where to watch — official broadcast links, both English and Chinese streams.
  • Blog — evergreen guides and background pieces about TheShy's career, champion pool, and how to follow the LPL from abroad.

What this site is not

This is a fan project. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Kang Seung-lok, Invictus Gaming, Weibo Gaming, TJ Sports, or Riot Games. "League of Legends" and all related marks belong to Riot Games, Inc. Player photos used on this site are credited to their original photographers under their respective licenses (see the footer for attribution).

How we work

Match information is compiled from official sources — lolesports.com, Leaguepedia, and team announcements — and re-checked on match days. Career data is sourced from public records and noted with an "as of" date where relevant. If a roster detail is uncertain (substitute players, last-minute lineup changes), we say so on the page rather than guessing.

Corrections and feedback

Esports schedules shift and rosters change. If you spot an error — a wrong start time, an outdated result, a misattributed stat — we want to hear about it. Reach us through the contact page and we will fix confirmed mistakes promptly.
