LOLTheShy is a small fan-run project, and email is the best way to reach us:

We read every message. Because this is a part-time project, please allow 2–3 business days for a reply — around match days it may take a little longer.
What to contact us about
- Corrections — a wrong match time, an outdated result, a stat that does not check out. Please include the page URL and, if possible, the source you are checking against (lolesports.com, Leaguepedia, an official team announcement). Confirmed errors are fixed as quickly as we can.
- Feedback — ideas for the schedule page, stats you would like to see tracked, or topics you want covered on the blog.
- Takedown and licensing requests — if you are a photographer or rights holder and believe content on this site is misattributed or used improperly, email us with the details and we will respond promptly.
What we cannot help with
We are an unofficial fan site. We have no connection to TheShy, Invictus Gaming, or Riot Games, so we cannot:
- Forward messages or fan mail to TheShy or the IG organization.
- Provide player contact details, interviews, or appearances.
- Help with Riot Games account issues, bans, or in-game support — for those, please use Riot Games Support.
